There was nothing spectacular about this hotel. Parking was $40 a night. The small breakfast buffet was $17. There was always something going on at the Hollywood Bowl down the street causing us to have to deal with the horrible traffic. Once, it took our Lyft 20 minutes to drive two blocks from his location to our hotel. I just expected more, but maybe my expectations were too high.

Had to get a room here last minute. Was GOUGED for close to $400/night regardless of HH status. Front desk personnel were indifferent and unhelpful. Room as very mediocre and definitely not a good value. We won't be going back.

Stayed here on a business trip and it was great. Short walk to Hollywood Blvd after a flight is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if staying in this area of LA. The staff was also courteous and made everyone feel welcome

This is the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. First, the hotel room was filthy. We found mold on the toilets and hair follicles from the shower faucet. The restaurant attendants were very rude. Our waiter got an attitude because my husband has a pork allergy and they served him pork. Lastly, parking lost our rental vehicle keys. The parking attendant cussed and threatened my husband. I have NEVER been so upset in my life about a hotel stay.

Location, Location, Location. I stayed here on a business trip and no issues. Front desk was professional and helpful. I had a king bed. The room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, but nothing that I'd cause an uproar over. Elevator is slow if the hotel is packed. The breakfast was better than most. Has a buffet style menu and or made to order. My sever Sultan was nice and explained everything clearly. If given the choice, I'd stay here again, especially with the Hollywood strip is a 5-10 min walk.
