This is the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. First, the hotel room was filthy. We found mold on the toilets and hair follicles from the shower faucet. The restaurant attendants were very rude. Our waiter got an attitude because my husband has a pork allergy and they served him pork. Lastly, parking lost our rental vehicle keys. The parking attendant cussed and threatened my husband. I have NEVER been so upset in my life about a hotel stay.More

Location, Location, Location. I stayed here on a business trip and no issues. Front desk was professional and helpful. I had a king bed. The room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, but nothing that I'd cause an uproar over. Elevator is slow if the hotel is packed. The breakfast was better than most. Has a buffet style menu and or made to order. My sever Sultan was nice and explained everything clearly. If given the choice, I'd stay here again, especially with the Hollywood strip is a 5-10 min walk.

Hotel is very close to all Hollywood attractions. Walking distance. The staff was great. Very accommodating. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was There is a pool and whirlpool. Fitness center and Business center for printing. Safe neighborhood. I was with my 16 year old daughter and we walked a lot to and from hotel at all hours. Never felt unsafe. Would stay again and recommend if you want a nice clean hotel in the Hollywood area.

No frills hotel close to Walk of Fame and attractions. Room was clean but had a terrible odor and ac needed to be cleaned. I did not smell the odor in the hallway or lobby. My bed was pretty hard and needed replacement. Tip: pay the all-inclusive rate if you have a car and you will get parking and breakfast included. The made-to-order breakfast was wonderful and delicious!

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Perfect location as only a 10 minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We had a car so yes the parking is dear but worth staying here as we felt very comfortable walking out to the local shopping/eating complex just a few minutes away. No sound issues at all in our room. Yes the hotel isn't the newest but clean and all the staff were very helpful with any questions that we had. It was lovely to have the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing. Clean towels provided. Just a shame that it was in the shade early evening but can't have everything! If driving then just to advise that the roads nearby do get busy if an event on in the Bowl. Ok if you're used to driving in the States but being British and only just arrived it was a little daunting!

The hotel is close to Hollywood Blvd, if you are not familiar with this area and not into big crowds might not be the area to stay.
Average hotel but housekeeping is good, the front desk was indifferent, there should be a dress code at the front desk sloppy dressed.
If you want to be close to attractions and metro line then the hotel would be beneficial.
