This hotel has everything one needs: parking, restaurant, bar, outside patio, pool, snack store, available computer, meeting rooms, comfortable lobby. It is in a fantastic location for sightseeing on foot!

We had to cancel our reservation, person at the desk told me I would only be charged for one night per their cancellation policy. I asked him if he was sure of the total charge since we had two rooms and he assured me we would only be charged for one. Flat out lied to me. Got charged for two. I am a hilton honors gold member. Will think twice before choosing hilton again.

Nice hotel for the price. Good bar and restaurant. Price's at bar a little high. Short walk to Hollywood Blvd. Nice staff. Would stay again. Temperature control in room was difficult to maintain a constant comfortable temperature. Though, we did not spend much time in room. This was during the night.

Please consider to have your cc swipe machine to allow bypassing the pin code entering need, I travel a lot of all over and never had to worry about remembering the code and always uses my debit card with chip as a credit and skipping the pin code requirement. This helps a lot and have yet to had any issue wherever I go. If your cc reader DO have pin code bypassing, then your front desk clerk do not know anything and wasn't as helpful, all she said was "if it doesn't allow you to bypass, it will not take it'.

Moving in and out of the valet parking lot is a nightmare as the traffic on the street, I frequent LA for business and it can get frustrated. $40/day valet? overkill.

The newly remodeled room is great but the smell in the bathroom felt like someone did cocaine in it. (yes, my colleague knows the smell and told me).

I chose the hotel because of the brand and location. I wasn't notified of the parking fee until we checked in. By that's time it was too late for other arrangements. At least let the public know prior to booking. I would have chosen an alternative
