Upon arrival my business partner and I were greeted by Valet with a smile and a firm handshake. Kisha and Vali checked us in with a smile and great customer services. Kisha offered to upgrade our suite if we were interested and took us on a quick tour of the hotel. Our first impression was wow!!! Great job with making your guest feel like they are valuable to your business.

Next, the location was great, views awesome and fast room cleaning service. They even folded my clothes that I had laid on the bed.

Nelson and Ray were awesome and very educated with the house cars which were unbelievable. Yes both house cars were top of the line; Rolls Royce and 2014 BMW 745 extended Cab.

Yes, this was the best trip of my vacationing years; by far!!!!

Satisfied Customer

Room Tip: 9th floor wasn't bad, no noise and great views...

I traveled to Los Angeles for a business trip with an associate of mine.

Upon arrival at the hotel at 2am, we were warmly greeted by the doorman who assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to the reception desk. The front desk associate quickly checked us in and made sure we got to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours from the east coast.

Our executive suite was immaculately clean and very spacious. Our suite had 2 single beds as requested and the living area was very nice and offered necessary extra space for working and relaxing. The bathrooms were very large and modern and offered separate shower and tub. Very nice appointments in the bathroom with a make-up mirror, large marble shower and sufficient counter space.

The meeting space is quite large and the catering staff did an outstanding job with the décor and set-up. All of the meals were creative, inventive and delicious.

The fitness center is a hybrid so it is open to the elements, but covered. It is a good size with changing rooms nearby as well as spa and sauna facilities and treatment rooms available.

Next to the gym is the pool. The staff at the pool was outstanding as they are always making sure that you are well taken care of and they really seemed like they wanted to help you. We really enjoyed our time there and miss it already.

Katherine at the bell stand was a great asset for us in arranging transportation. The Four Seasons LA has a courtesy car that will take you within a few miles of the hotel and we were lucky enough to be able to use this complimentary service to the nearby shopping area. What a great perk!

The location of this hotel is perfect. About 30 minutes from downtown LA and 30 minutes from the airport. Shopping and many restaurants are nearby as well as Hollywood.

This is not the newest or flashiest hotel in LA, but it is certainly the best for comfort and attention to detail. Service is unsurpassed in a showy LA!

Room Tip: If possible book an executive suite. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice living area.

This is what everyone should do once in their life. They are so professional, so helpful and it is just an experience. You will see everything at this hotel and it is ideally situated for all you shopping, restaurants etc. Can't say enough thank you for the experience. House Rolls Royce was very special as well. Kids loved it.

Four Seasons did not disappoint. The Four Seasons LA is a great choice. Located in a residential section of Beverley Hills, it's about a 5 minute drive to Rodeo Drive. Service is excellent (friendly, professional, helpful). We received an upgrade room that faced the city and the hills. Linens and bed are really comfortable as expected for a Four Seasons property. The hotel has a house Town Car and a Rolls Royce in which they provide complimentary transportation to any location within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. We used the service a few times to go to Rodeo Drive or out to dinner. They provide you with the phone number to call when you're done dinner so you can get back to the hotel in style as well. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. We had breakfast and a couple of dinners there as well. "Dine LA" was on during our holiday which meant a number of restaurants had special prix fixe menus at great prices. Thanks to a fellow TA reviewer, we also came across Travelzoo during our stay. Go on this website to see restaurant and hotel deals for cities across the United States. We got an amazing dinner for 2 people at Culina (the Four Seasons restaurant) for only $89.00 (for 2!).
How could the Four Seasons improve? Shower/tub door set up is a little awkward. You practically have to be in the tub to turn on the shower. Pool staff should be given permission to ask loud parents and their screaming kids to tone it down in the pool. Some people are there to relax. Pool is heated salt water and very clean. Service is excellent at the Four Seasons (guest reception, house keeping, pool, restaurant, concierge, bellman, etc.). We would definitely stay again and continue to use our Amex card that got us room upgrades, a free night and breakfast included.

The hotel was located centrally to all of the places I needed to travel to - the airport, downtown LA and Culver City. The service and quality of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were well lit and comfortable. I was able to have some pool time and the heated saltwater pool was added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The spa service was also very relaxing with nice amenities in addition to the massage. Would highly recommend staying here for those on business or even as a vacation destination.
