Parking: Available on Street

Decor: Bland gray walls, Depression era music, TV screens showing B&W movies

Service: Waitress in weird get up, trying to be old timey? She was sweet and attentive

Food: The grilled cheese sandwich trio: PAS, Fries: tasty, Burgers: Average, Plates are too small, salad was falling off, Salad: boring and tasteless

Price: cheapish, could get expensive if you drink alcohol

The SCAM: they have a fishbowl on the hostess stand that says "ENTER TO WIN" a free lunch with you and your friends. I entered, I won, I found out the hard way that its not a free lunch on the restaurant, it's a Financial Planner that pays and you have to sit thru the spiel. Trickery is bad business.....

Pretty good food, nice ambiance and comforable couches, good for a quiet evening since there's usually not a lot of people

Every time I go to this place because they have really unique and yummy salads I end up angry and very frustrated. HOW can restarante continue to operate when NO ONE in that place cares about the customers or knows what the word "service" means? No matter who our server has been and no matter if we have been there for lunch or for dinner, you literally have to get up and walk up to the front kitchen area to let anyone know you need something. After your food is brought you will never see the server again. He/She will never come over to check on you or ask you if you need anything. The only way you're ever going to see the check or get a refill of water is to get up and track someone down. Most of the servers also make you feel as if requesting anything special, or getting a question answered about the food is too much trouble for them and annoys them. It's really too bad too because the food is very good.
