Good experience from the moment we entered the restaurant. First time here. Pleasant staff, reservation immediately recognized, dining areas are broken into small and intimate rooms. Service was highly professional, with wait-staff knowledgeable about all aspects of the meal, from the food to wine pairings. We were initially asked about food allergies when ordering, allowing for the kitchen to adjust ingredients. Dinner options range from set meals for the entire table to creating your own meal a la carte. Amuse bouches were excellent, helping to increase my confidence for the quality of the rest of the meal: small and very tasty. Breads served were very fresh, each variety having a unique taste. This is primarily a fish restaurant and it was excellent. I did have one non-fish course: a veal dish that was superb. We did a wine pairing with each course: the selected wines were well thought out and went very well. As each course was served, a wait person explained the ingredients. Desserts were simple but excellent. Great overall experience. A special occasion evening.
