First time to this charming Italian restaurant in the Valley. Very good and accommodating service - while wrestling between the burrata & heirloom tomato vs. burrata & prosciutto appetizers, our waiter simply and smoothly combined them all into one tasty presentation. As first time customers, we were pressed to try the lasagna by both the owner and our waiter (a dish neither of us would normally order and not offered on the regular menu) - and what a recommendation it was! May have been the best lasagna I have ever had. We went early, so the restaurant was quiet (it has a reputation for being quite noisy) and it was not inexpensive. I would definitely go back and try some of the other dishes on the menu.... but if the lasagna were available again it would be a tough choice.....

We love Panzanella and go there all of the time (actually both last night and the night before). It is one of those places where they will know you after you have been once (there is not a lot of that here in LA). I love the pasta and the salads and the specials are always special. The wine list could use a little work on the by-the-glass offerings. It can be a little chilly and a little loud in the dining room so come prepared and ask for a booth for more intimate conversation.

Never disappointed at this restaurant. One entree is better than the other. Went for our anniversary and enjoyed a great Ceasar Salad for openers. My wife had the Lamb Chops that are specially seasoned and I had the Gnocchi. For dessert they have a chocolate tortino that bakes for about 20 minutes that I would highly recommend. The Drago Brothers who own this and multiple restaurants in the LA area also have their own bakery. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

As the other reviews here...the service made us feel so special and warm and welcomed. Celestino Drago couldn't do any better himself--if he were there as in the old days at Drago on Wilshire. The food was fine....really okay. Priced a bit high...but really tasty. But the ambience is so bad...the place is SO loud....it was a Monday and they were only 1/3 full....deafening. There's so much they could do to make the room more acoustically pleasant. What a waste....

What a great dining experience! The service is some of the best I've ever experienced and I was a server myself for over a decade! Everyone makes you feel very welcomed, from the busboys to the manager. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced, the wine list is extensive and their desserts are delightful! You will not be disappointed.
