This is the original, official Farmers Market, a permanent mainstay of locals and visitors since the 1930s -- a cornucopia of the finest fresh produce, candies, chocolates, meats and authentic eateries representing most regions of the world. View places in Los Angeles have authentic history and this is one of our true precious gems, located at The Grove outdoor mall, steps from CBS TV City. The one-two punch of L.A.'s best shopping mall with old school charm is a definite winner. Go.

The Original Farmers Market is really a 2 for 1 experience. The market is one of LA original Farmers markets and now offers a really cool experience for people of all ages, a fantastic selection of quick food from all over the world, real farmers market meat, deli and grocery shops, etc, etc all set in a very cool, un-remodeled historical setting. Immediately adjacent is the grove - Talk about opposites. The grove is a new contemporary outdoor shopping, community and entertainment center that is extremely upscale. Both can be done and seen in a few hours. Both are very cool and very interesting because of the polar opposite nature of the venues and experience If you have free time in LA, a MUST!
