Neils offers the best of home cooking in an elegant atmosphere with exceptional service. The restaurant is intimate having two rooms that don't feel crammed with tables. Both seafood and pasta are excellent, but the home style specials are what you will remember the most (e.g. lamb shanks that will close your eyelids; shrimp/scallop fettucini-yum). Portions are very generous. Enjoy a glass of wine and relax. Price is standard for restaurants offering less.

We discovered this restaurant last year and have always had an enjoyable dining experience. The portions are huge in comparison to most fine dining restaurants today where you leave less than satiated and the quality of the seafood is tops. I also must mention the service...excellent. Within one minute of sitting down we have piping hot bread and water glasses filled. You won't be disappointed

I went to Neil's for the first time after it was highly recommended. Most of the entrees I thought were overpriced. The highest price on the menu was $23.50. I made the mistake of ordering the special without asking how much it was thinking it couldn't be more than the highest price on the menu. When the bill came, I almost went into shock. I ordered Chilean Sea Bass, which they charged $30 for. I should have got lobster for that price. The food was good, but definitely not worth the prices they charge. Greed is a turn off to me, so will not return.
