We love Bamboo! Try to eat here frequently and are never disappointed. The Mai Tais are great, the mu shu wonderful, and we always try something new each time.

I ordered food to go. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to pick up the food and waited for over 40 minutes after it was promised. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

The food was good, but the quality of the staff will not overcome my never returning.

Quite simply bamboo is a nice environment with a polite staff that provides very good service & serves food that is hot and looks and tastes fresh and delicious!
We were larger party tonight and had a preset menu, no one went home hungry. We began with wonton soup followed by large and delicious and crispy eggrolls and then a chicken dumpling served individually to each of us. That was followed by pork fried rice and combination chowmein. Both had a great variety of vegetables and meat, neither were just rice or noodles.
Then came our entrées. Kung pao chicken, broccoli and beef, sweet-and-sour chicken and a shrimp dish with green beans that had halves of candied walnuts which were just amazing! As alluded to earlier all of the dishes came out hot, every dish was delicious & as was alluded to already, just as fresh and delicious as they looked.
The staff quietly and continually cleared the dishes and never made us feel rushed. After the meal we were served a plenteous supply of orange slices and of course fortune cookies.
Bamboo is a great location to go whether you are a party of two or a party of 40, seated in their group room.

My family are huge fans of Chinese food, but I am not. Bamboo actually has very tasty food and the service is usually fairly good. Their Chinese Chicken Salad is excellent! It is disappointing that white rice is no longer included with any entree.

The food is wonderful. Especially the specials listed on the first page of the menu. There are a lot of large round tables for the entire family to be able to eat out together. The prices are reasonable. Arrive early as it gets very busy on the weekends for dinner.
