We came to this restaurant after a restaurant recommended by a friend didn't serve its dinner menu even though we had made a 5pm dinner reservation. The full menu at AOC was available at 5pm and everything we ordered was delcious. The preperation of the swiss chard was particularly excellent, as was the lamb merquez. The wine selections by the glass were excellent. We were excited an hour later at the Hollywood Bowl to realize AOC has a concession there selling similiar (if not the same) wines - there we were able to have a bottle of Valdiguié at the same price as the restaurant. Looking forward to returning, hungrier, next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed a great evening with family our first night in LA. Atmosphere on the patio was very nice. Drinks very good as was the food. Our waiter Doug was super. Must try the wrapped dates.

We were a party of nine celebrating our granddaughter's graduation from USC. The wait service was excellent. We did order too much and took the whole chicken home. There was a lot of fish left over, my son mentioned that it was under-cooked and he noticed it was taken off the bill, which was extraordinary customer service. The wine by the glass was excellent. My husband and I had vodka on the rocks and the pour was very generous.

Not impressed! Waited over 45 minutes for our food and when it came it was cold. They brought my husbands sandwich back re-heated and burnt. Service very, very slow. Took drink away before finishing not - all around not good. Not my first choice and most probably won't be back. Sorry just being honest!!
One good thing our waiter was lovely.
(In addition they add 3% towards employee health care).

My husband and I went for our anniversary and enjoyed a sublime meal in a great setting. Our waitress Melinda made sure that our evening was nothing less of perfect and she helped pair great wine with our choice of dishes.

The food is served tapas-style and they recommend 2-3 dishes per person. We had to try as much as possible and went with 6 dishes and barely had room for cheese, but we had to try that as well. We did not regret. The cheese selection was great!

The service here is impeccable and the food and wine is delicious. I would definitely come back!
