If you want a great kosher pastrami sandwich, here's the place (but don't get as excited about their corned beef or roast beef). That being said, it is almost as if they take pride in the downtrodden look, from the sign outside the entrance (should be given prize for ugliest sign in LA) to an indoor ambience that suggests that the owners just don't give a damn about the setting. Still, the exceptional pastrami enables me to look past those negatives.
