I really don't like to jump on the bandwagon here but it is where I find myself.
I have nothing against Ruby's, and nothing against airport restaurants (see my Ruby's review from Orange County).
1. I didn't get what I ordered (but it was what was on the receipt... Bad ordering staff.
2. Burger just didn't taste good.
3. The place needs major updating. Paint job and replacing of faded posters would help.
4. Maybe a mop on the floor as well.
Not to owners: just because it is in an airport doesn't mean you can drop standards. This should be a highlight of your travel experience, not a disappointment.
