Whilst this hotel is very clean it is also old. The breakfast was basic but adequate.
However the location is ideal for catching the local buses on Wilshire Ave to Santa Monica and also to Farmers Market.

Stayed: September 2017

...with modern efficiency. Large rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast. Minutes away from The Grove, Rodeo Drive, Cedars-Sinai, restaurants and entertainment. Good value for boutique hotel. Staff were friendly, courteous and knowledge.

LOVED IT. It was absolutely perfect. It's very quaint and friendly, has both a front patio area as well as a back outdoor courtyard with strung up lights. LOVELY. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel is very clean and cheap but be aware that it is a 2 star property. The plaster was peeling in the bathroom. The sink dripped. The college style mini fridge was in the closet. There was no clock. The in-wall AC was loud as it cycled on and off all night. There is no parking or valet.

Rooms are large although the hotel is a bit outdated. Staff differs from very friendly to negligting. Parking on the street differs by day, check with staff. Never a problem to find a spot. Breakfast basic, ok for a night but not good enough for 3 days or more. Wi-Fi very bad, either in your room or lobby. That should no longer be the case in this dat and age.
