The rooms were clean and the beds okay, no coffee pot in the rooms. The hotel it's self is more like a motel and the parking lot was packed and very small, but free. Breakfast was in a small back room that looked like an old storage room. They served small muffins, yogurt, toast and cereal with milk, juice or coffee. I do not think the price was good for what you get, but the location was good for what we needed.More

Our room was clean. The bathroom was nice and had the usual amenities available. The bed was decent and there were four pillows provided which is nice! The front staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast isnt a grand buffet but it was free and convenient! This place is perfect for trips to Universal Studios. With free hotel parking you can't beat the cost to uber from the hotel to the park! Will be staying here again!

We stayed for one night. It was convenient for where we were. The beds are a little hard, but you really couldn't beat it for the price. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was basic, but satisfying. Wish there was a coffee pot in the room, but was super happy they had liquid creamer in the lobby. Wish the cups were bigger. :) *hint hint*

This hotel looks better in pictures it looks like a motel, not enough parking are you need to be there early if you want parking near the hotel, for me it was over priced!!!!!
Also the shower had a really low water pressure

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The rooms have been recently remodeled, and were quite comfortable. It was the perfect room for our trip as we were out and about seeing the sights and only in the room at night. The only thing to note is that the parking lot is very tiny. We had a larger vehicle for the 6 members of my family and parking some nights was a challenge. However, when we mentioned it to the hotel staff at check out they let us know we could have let the staff at the desk know and they would have found us a spot. The people were very accommodating and concerned about our comfort.

It was ok...As we drove in we kind of thought, "Is this it?" The parking lot is very small and one night we thought we wouldn't be able to find a space. One guest had a large truck that was squeezed into a space but it stuck out a bit. If you have a small car it's much better. The room was ok, but didn't have a microwave or coffee maker. It was roomy enough but probably because there wasn't much furniture, just an armoire, a small refrigerator and a table with the tv on it. We did find a good Italian pizza restaurant about a block and a half away. The neighborhood was a little questionable. For the most part the customer service was friendly. We did receive contradictory information about the price but it was cleared up. It was a lower scale basic motel accommodation. The breakfast was small with basic choices of fruit or muffins. It is very close to Universal and that was very convenient. If we stayed again it would be because of location and price, but not for comfort.
