Description: The epitome of intimate, chic dining. Lingering over fine food and drink throughout the night, allowing the music to set the perfect mood, and realizing the best things in life should be yours. While the interiors of Lexington offer guests multiple dining experiences from an intimate dinner for two to a more social experience with dining at the carrara marble bar, the exterior offers an entirely different evening out. Truly a gathering place, the garden patio is an outdoor room with an indoor vibe, complete with cocktail seating, a fireplace, tree canopies and its own bar. At Lexington Social House the art of lounging is a simply a matter of taste...with the amazing Rustic Modern American cuisine by Exec. Chef Mette Williams (formerly at Spago and Cut) and delicious cocktails whipped up by our talented mixologists.

This classy venue is tucked behind the Pantageas Theater. Victorian decor and large patio with gas fireplace add to the ambiance. Eclectic rustic American fare. The crab cakes are a must try. Believe it or not, but this place is known for their fried chicken. I decided to try it and I found out why. Check it out if you're in the Hollywood/Vine area.

Ordered the Diver Scallops, and the sauce was extremely salty. For $28 for three large scallops, you would think that the chef would taste-test the sauce first, but obviously, he or she did not. The Monkey Bread for dessert was delicious.

we ate late (8:45pm), so there was only one other party in the restaurant. The service was good - he brought the wrong wine but didn't charge us for it - Nothing outstanding, just fine. The menu was a bit small and the steak came sliced without that being made clear on the menu. I didn't really mind, it just was a little odd. It was good, but noting stands out that makes me want to go back right away. Just another good restaurant in Hollywood

Had a fabulous swordfish grilled which was fish of the day served with chimichurri and sauteed spinach on quinoa, farro or couscous. The wait person suggested a Monterey Chardonnay 446 which was also a lovely pairing.

If you are going to the Pantages Theatre, this is a great restaurant. It is just around the corner from the theatre. The night we went they had 3 different menus as DineLA was going on. We chose to have small plates and they were great. The mussels came with garlic aioli. The pizza was good size and there were several choices. The Charcuterie board was varied and very good. They didn't have Irish Coffee on their menu but came up with a delicious one.
We sat outside in the patio where you can see the top of the Capitol Records building.
