“Surprisingly Fun, Great Guide”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

About a month ago, I had the pleasure of visiting the studio and taking the 2 hour tour. Our guide, Nina was very informative and a real pleasure throughout the tour. She really went out of her way to get to know everyone on the tour and show us where all of our favorite films were shot. My daughter (age 16) loved seeing all of the "behind the scenes" aspects of filmmaking going on around the lot. She even saw some Glee actors walking back to their trailers from the set! Unfortunately, we weren't allowed inside the Glee sound stages, but Nina made up for it with her enthusiasm and really trying her best to show us every inch of the Paramount lot.

My daughter was expecting to see more celebrities walking around. I enjoyed the history of the oldest studio in Hollywood. At the beginning of the tour you are given a headset to hear the guide better. It was a great addition to the tour and made a world of difference.

Our guide told us some great stories that have happened to her while she's been at Paramount. I honestly feel that the tour guide makes a world of difference on making your tour THAT much better.

Unfortunately, there were 8 of us crammed on a cart. I feel it would have been more enjoyable if I had more arm room on the cart. (It would be fine with average size people) But we had some bigger bodies on our tour who weren't thrilled about how small the seats were. They voiced their opinions but it didn't seem like their was much our tour guide could do.

By the end of the tour we had seen so much. I definitely recommend this tour! And if your tour guide does a good job, it's nice to know they accept tips! All in all, a great tour. Well worth the money and time.

“You may run into Movie Stars on this tour!”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

This is a 2 hour behind the scenes look of a working studio lot, with lots of history. We seen at least three stars. Watch for them riding on bicycles or just reading in the sun! We got to tour the set of The Doctors & learn some behind the scenes secrets for the show. Many of your favorite shows are filming during the tour, like NCIS Los Angeles, Big Time Rush, Dr. Phil & Glee. Fun!

“VIP Tour”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

Out of all the Deluxe Studio Tours in Hollywood, this was one of the best.

Our fantastic Tour Guide Lindsey got to know everybody in our group and catered the tour to our favourite films and TV shows (Even pointing out a few stars along the way along with a few close encounter stories).

The lunch provided was fantastic, and I'll be sure to do this tour again next time I'm in town.

“Paramount Studios VIP Tour Absolutely Fabulous!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

The Paramount Studios VIP Tour was one of the highlights of our trip from Wisconsin to California. We enjoyed the tour itself because of all of the great history and information. We really appreciated our spirited and charismatic tour guide, Andrei. He really made us feel like VIPs, and we can't thank him enough. We were greeted at the gate by Andrei and taken to the coffee and gift shop for complimentary beverages before our tour began. Then we toured for about 3 hours, followed by a break for our complimentary lunch, which was fantastic. Followed by more touring until 3 pm. We arrived at 9 AM and left at 3 PM - this was much more time than we expected, and we were quite pleased with our decision to take the VIP tour. Andrei gave us lovely Paramount Studios cards with a 5x7 photo enclosed that he took of each of the guests by the fountain in front of the Bronson gates (see, we were listening, Andrei!). He also asked us what films we liked and gave us complimentary movie posters of those films when we left. Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher - hooray! We saw so many fun and interesting things - sound stages, the streets of New York & Chicago, costumes and props, jewelry, the film archives, and so much more. It was really a delightful experience from beginning to end, and we give it our highest recommendation.

“Good overview of a real 'working studio'”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

We chose the VIP tour as we don't like large groups of people and wanted a more personalised tour as we would only do something like this once.

Our tour guide Chris was very informative, a lot of fun and made for an enjoyable informative day.

I love all the OLD Hollywood 'history' so lots of memories of times past and all the characters that have passed through these 'Paramount' gates.

The lunch was surprisingly good, healthy & fresh (I generally have no good expectations of these sort of things).

We didn't actually see any celebs on our tour or see anything being made, but there are lots of opportunities to be in a studio audience around Hollywood for this. We were more interested in the behind the scenes.
