I live in Hawaii and every time I visit LA, I make a stop at Honey Pig! You cook your food on a dome BBQ grill. The meat is cooked on the top while all of the juices and fat drain down onto the kimchee and sprouts (the excess drains out into bowls). the pork belly is definitely a winner! The meat is always so tasty! You can wrap your cooked meat in the rice wraps and lettuce and dip into one of the dipping sauces. Unfortunately they removed the Tako (octopus) from their menu. It gets really busy at night, so make a reservation. Definitely a place to check out!
