Don't waste your time or money on this harbor tour. First, while the harbor is lovely, there really isn't much going on to see. They advertise that you will see sea otters, which you do, but they are simply resting on a bouy. Not much excitement there. About half of the announcements were advertisements local businesses. Among the few interesting things to learn, the announcer repeated some things twice. The "tour guide/announcer" had the most annoying affectation to his voice, draging out syllables to a ridiculous and nerve-grating length. For example, the cruise passes by the "Queeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" or a cargo ship in the harbor had traveled down from "Caaaaaaaanaaaaaaaaadaaaaaaaaaa." I couldn't wait to get off and away from his voice, which haunted me all the way to the parking garage across the street where his voice was still audible over a PA system. I suppose this is a good, inexpensive attraction for families with young kids since children under 5 travel free, and there were lots of young children on the cruise.
