stayed here for a motorcycle event. hotel clean. staff, knowledgable, friendly, helpful. have to park in the lot next to the hotel, but they validate, and give you in and outs. if you do not have a lot of bags, just park in the lot and carry bags over, save a trip. breakfast at hotel rest, was excellent and warm. also had organic products. close to shopping mall, theaters, and many rest. cannot say more. good price will stay again, here on a mini vacation

We stayed here for 4 nights while spending Christmas with family. It was a lovely stay; the room was uniquely laid-out, very clean and the bed was great. Large showers with two spray options. All in all, a very nice hotel with a pleasant staff.

The place has the cool boutique look and feel. Parking is a little confusing because you have to use the shopping center lot across the street. The room is cool and I like the living room/bedroom design with rotating tv. The room has one of those pressure pad honor bar setups. Cool, but it has like twelve spaces and only three items. It just looks weird, like someone else used it up them they never restocked it. The bar is cool, looks like they are trying to be the W, but whatever I liked it. Restaurant staffing was poor and unfriendly, but I will say we stayed here on Christmas day so I'm sure I would have been grumpy too. Oh, and rooftop pool!

This hotel was better than expected. The room was very modern and clean. The location was quiet with may things to do within 2 blocks. I couldn't ask for a better location. The parking was only $7 with in and out privileges. I will be happy to go back to this hotel again.

Flew my son down to Long Beach Airport to look at some colleges. Location was great as we could avoid LAX and get to the freeways quite quickly from this hotel.

The rooms were clean and modern, but a tad on the small size. The large showers made up for it. We had a stunning view of the empty, but well lighted parking garage across the street. If I was staying any longer than one night and/or making this a special trip, I would have requested another room with a better view.

Long Beach??? I knew what I was getting into when I booked the hotel, but was surprised to see the area so dead. Granted, we were there in November, so I'll assume human life appears in the summer or when the convention center has an event. We could easily walk to any restaurant in the area and have dinner without reservations. Parking was easy and plentiful in our view garage.

Looked for a liquor store in the immediate area and the best I was pointed to was a 7-11 which was quite some distance away. Had a glass of wine in the bar instead which was cozy and nice.

Depending on your purpose, this hotel could be a great pick. It worked for us!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view!

We were expecting a nice stay at the Hyatt but the Mold on the shower walls ruined it. I contacted the manager and he did not want to take responsibility for it. It was are 25th wedding anniversary and we were looking for a place close to being able to walk along the pier. The location was great but the Moldy shower was not. Makes me wonder about the rest of the room.

The only flaw at this hotel was the little hair I found on my room's bathroom counter when I checked in. After having just heard a news report about the presence of germs on literally every surface of hotel rooms, this little flaw made a big enough impression to make the whole room feel unclean. That said, the property is great, the rooms funky upbeat comfortable, with nice appointments. The shower is as big as some beds I've slept in, but treacherously slippery (marble) when wet and soapy. They definitely need grab bars in the shower. I liked this comfortable hotel and would stay again. Just check the housekeeping brfore you complete your check-in.

Room Tip: The self-parking structure is just steps away and cost only $7 per night! What a deal!! Would be a h...
