“Photo op nothing else”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

The tree is huge and fun to drive through and take a picture. There is a little gift shop there but Nothing else, not even very many other trees. If you want to see big trees keep going north to Richardson Grove or the various groves in Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

“Fun little stop of I-5”
Reviewed December 30, 2012 via mobile

Fun place to snap a pic when you take your car through the chandelier tree. Or as my boyfriend said... One can drive through a redwood as you drive through the redwoods.

“Not a destination, but a good diversion”
Reviewed December 27, 2012

The couple running the attraction are friendly and the tree is real. I drove my Honda Fit through the tree,.. it barely fit! It was a fun stop on a long drive. Not too far off the main road. They had restrooms and a gift shop. A typical tourist stop.

“Fun to watch people take their pictures in a tree.”
Reviewed November 27, 2012

We were driving north from Fort Bragg, CA and wanted to see some redwoods. It was very old school, with billboards advertising it along the roadside. The park itself is also old school, small with a small gift shop. There is no cafe or coffee shop there- just some candy and chips, so bring a lunch with you or eat nearby at the Peghouse Grill up north on the highway. The people were nice, and clearly proud of their park; it was well kept and vey clean. The fun part was driving through the tree, and having people take your picture for you, and then watching others do the same. We saw a great group of very tough looking bikers all pose in the tree, so it's not just for families!!

“Once in a Lifetime!”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

Something I've always wanted to do, but thought I'd never have the time. The tree and the part are amazing and nice to know it's been in the same family all these years. Beautiful and worth the trip!
