That place is absolutely terrific and a must-visit. If I wanted something that wasn't on their impressive menu, they would accommodate my request. Not many order wet chorizo chimichangas, but they made a very good one for my finicky palate, and they are not stingy with the guacamole and chunky salsa - I think both are handmade. If not, they sure had me fooled. The walls have photos of the family back in Jalisco from the 1950's and a few things you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant. The staff was all smiles, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything was reasonably priced. I cannot think of anything negative except the interior was a little Spartan, but nearly all restaurants are like that anyway. Oh, and they do have Mexican Coca-Cola that uses sugar and American Coke that uses high fructose corn syrup. Try the Mexican one, you will like it.
It is not visible off of El Toro Road. Make a right turn at that very little easy-to-miss driveway right past the Citibank on El Toro Road. If you can find that little driveway, you're in for a treat!
