A beauty hidden down the road, close to stores but deep enough to feel secluded with a nice little secluded area for tubing that the kids and myself enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the master bed was so comfortable that i'm missing it now. Really enjoyed my stay and picked the perfect snow weekend. Can't wait to do it again!
Every year in November my family and I would always do a quick getaway to a vacation rental/cabin in either Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead for the weekend...a time to regroup and reflect. We planned the trip last minute and couldn't find any with a lakefront view. We chose this one because it was closest to the Lake Arrowhead Village to shop to and to get any last minute grocery. We followed the directions that the owner sent us (which made it very easy to find the place) and arrived at a beautiful home nestled in the pine trees. Let me tell you the house was perfect! The inside was beautiful and very clean, there were many modern amenities but it still had that very warm and cozy cabin feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and the hot tub was great for relaxing in. The home is 3 stories high, but not a burden as each floor had their own entertainment and privacy. There is no lake view, but it was still very beautiful and it felt like you where high up in a tree house away from everyone....the neighboring homes were far enough from each other to feel very secluded. The only issue that we had was the allowance of only 1 trash bag that can be left behind in the cabin for a 2 nights stay or a fee would apply. We were 6 adults and 1 child staying in the cabin for 3 days and 2 nights. We stayed in most of the time and did alot of bbqing. 1 bag was not enough. Had to take a few trips in finding a dumpster before departing which was a little bit of an inconvenience . However, overall the home is perfect and will definitely be returning when it snows.
