First, Roman Cucina is now Romano Cucina--new owner but same manager, chef, menu, and great food. We learned this from the manager when we dined there last evening (June 29, 2014).
This was our first time to eat here, and we had a fabulous experience. We arrived at 6:30 on a Sun. night and had to wait about 15 minutes...no big deal; we just sat at the bar and had a glass of wine.(They don't take reservations here so best to come early). The house salads were delicious. The eggplant parmesean is some of the best I've tasted. My husband loved his spaghetti and meatballs while our friends enjoyed their chicken parmesean and pasta with shrimp and vegetables. The portions are huge, so we had plenty of leftovers to take home. The servers were very attentive and efficient. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.
