My husband and I took a spur of the moment weekend trip to Laguna Beach. We have stayed at this property before and love it. Great rooms, great location, and right on the beach (doesn't get any better than that). We love that they do have an option for in-room dining for breakfast and we took advantage of that.
We were initially going to stay for just one night, but decided to stay for a second night because it was a Sunday night and the rate had dropped. My husband went down to the front desk to arrange that on Saturday. Upon checkout on Monday, we noticed that we were charged the same rate for the second night. My husband went back to the front desk to address the issue and the employees on staff (not the same employee who he had arranged the second night's stay with) were very helpful and corrected the error. We were happy with the customer service we received and will return because of that. One bad customer service experience can make you lose a repeat customer even if the property itself is exceptional. Thank you, Inn at Laguna Beach!! See you next time!More
