“Fabulous Evening”
Reviewed July 31, 2009

My husband and I celebrated his birthday this evening at Picayo, he had the Coq de Vin and I the Sea Bass both were out of this world in flavor. Our server Francois was an expert in wines and we enjoyed a fabulous 1/2 bottle of Champagne to start with our app and salads and Big French Blend to go with my husbands dinner. To top it off we had the Creme Brulee and these amazing cherries that had been marinating in brandy for 2 years, they explode with flavor in your mouth. We will definitely be going back!! Make sure you make reservations the restaurant is small and intimate

“"Impeccable!!"”
Reviewed June 23, 2009

On a quiet Tuesday evening, sommelier Francois and the team at Picayo made our first visit memorable. Excellent service, very reasonable prices, and simply succulent food. The Picayo Purse is truly delectable (grilled prawns, artichoke hearts, mushrooms in a pastry shell with a tarragon-merlot sauce), and so was the coq au vin, mouth-melting with plentiful and flavorful sauce. Wow!! This is our new favorite, without a doubt.
