We stayed nearby and loved visiting. The park is kept up and has bathrooms and outdoor open showers to rinse off. Some of the paths are steep but you can also get sweeping views from the boardwalk up top. If you enjoy less 'touristy' looking spots this is for you! $5 for sunset visitors. $15 for the day ( in and out access all day).
This beach is great and so beautiful. Most ORANGE COUNTY beaches are awesome. Very family oriented and clean!
Had a fantastic time. We were able to stay in one of the bungalows. They are very hard to get. Check out u-tube , maybe the one you like is on there and that way you can tour them before you rent one. If you go in the summer, bring a fan with you.
Had a wonderful time at this beach with friends. Well kept beach and park. No trash seen. Coast guard on duty. Nice big waves , good exercise walking in the beach . California sun and the weather was perfect. Took uber from hotel and very convenient, did not have the hassle to park.
Felt like time had stopped several decades ago at this hidden gem beach enclave. A couple shops and restaurants that offer amazing views of the beach. I understand you can rent the 10 is so cottages. I might just do that - seems like an experience that can be a fantastic cocktail party story.
