We were looking at the Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews and unfortunately didn't visit Watermarc until our third evening in town. We shared the grazing plates and all were delicious...so good we are planning on going back tomorrow before we head out of town. Had the lambchops which were breaded just right and well seasoned. The goat cheese was sweet and savory, the bacon wrapped figs were delicious, and the filet pot pie, while not our favorite thing on Watermarc's menu, was still better than the food we'd had elsewhere. Service was great even though we arrived at about 9pm, and the waiter made helpful suggestions. Not sure how this isn't the number one ranked restaurant, but I hope it will be by the time others read this.
