“Shhh, this place is a secret...”

The first that we heard of this place was on a Living Social groupon. We stayed 3 nights at this delightful bed and breakfast, to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Manager Chris and his staff were sincerely gracious and hospitable. It was clearly obvious that it was their pleasure to ensure that we were their "guest" and they wanted to make the experience special and memorable. It was quiet and relaxing. The balcony overlooked the lake, and the inroom jacuzzi tub for two was romantic, as was the welcome bottle of champagne. The daily gourmet breakfast had a great presentation, and the chef personally spoke to us to make sure we enjoyed the meal. The grounds were tranquil and beautiful. We would stay there again, in a heart beat!

We stayed for a weekend to relax and get out of the city, and this was the perfect spot to do it. The Inn was beautiful, clean, quiet, and so welcoming. We felt like we were the only ones staying there, (as there are only a few rooms, so it's never busy with people running in and out). It's located on a lake within a gated community, so the entire area is upscale and nice and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They make breakfast each morning and will deliver it to your room upon request. They had great suggestions about good local spas and restaurants to check out during our stay. Everything was very clean and peaceful, we just felt at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ours overlooked the lake, which was so pretty. The bathroom was huge and we had a spa tub that was amazing. I would recommend this Inn to anyone headed towards Palm Springs.

When we booked a room for the annual Stagecoach Festival, we decided to go up a day early to relax. What a wonderful idea! Lake La Quinta Inn is amazing!! We arrived and were greeted by Chris and he immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was great and the doors opened up to the lake. We immediately fell in love with the Inn and vowed to come back every year for Stagecoach and even just to get away! The staff at Lake La Quinta was awesome and made us feel very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Thank you so much Chris!! See you soon!!

We weren't sure what to expect, but when we arrived felt we made the right choice. Mary was very hospitable. She made every effort to make us feel comfortable. The bungalow was private and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed a different breakfast every morning. The view from our private balcony overlooked the lake. We would definitely return to this calm and peaceful hotel.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an affordable B&B where we could spend our one year anniversary/my birthday, and Lake La Quinta was perfect. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating and we got into Chateau Spa Suite #9 earlier than regular check in time.

The room was cute, cozy, and updated. It was smaller than what it looked like in pictures, but that's the funny thing about hotels...they have pictures taken from the "perfect" angle so the room comes across as looking bigger than it actually is. However, we did not mind...after all, we were there to celebrate our anniversary, so we didn't need much room anyway. :) The view from our room was absolutely beautiful and there was a nice, private balcony area where we could sit and enjoy it. Breakfast both mornings was delicious and meat-free for those vegans, although I wouldn't have minded some bacon or sausage on my plate. :) We also had in-room massages through the massage company they advertise in the lobby- Healing Hands Massage Therapy- ask for Teresa! :) They did an amazing job on my Swedish massage and the BF loved his Deep Tissue massage!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Lake La Quinta Inn, and I look forward to returning with the BF, on a hopefully "cooler" weekend so we can use the fireplace...

Room Tip: It looks like they are all newly renovated, so you can't go wrong...

This was our first stay in the California Desert area and I came across Lake La Quinta Inn when I was scanning trip advisor to find a quiet romantic get away.My husband and I could not be happier with this choice. We stayed in one of the Bungalows and it perfectly matched the pictures posted on their web site which we all know is not a true reflection for so many hotels.
The room was sparkling clean with a very comfortable bed and I loved the bath products.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast timing and choices could be more flexible but the setting is very nice.We went to Lavendar Bistro which is near by for dinner and it was very good but Palm Springs is a 20 minute drive.
