The location of this restaurant is half the draw. And the entrance to the restaurant fills the bill for inspiring an, "Isn't this cool" comment before going in. The food is excellent as well. Since it's a bit pricey, a popular alternative is happy hour, with food at a steep discount and a wall of windows that looks out on the desert sunset. Four of us dined in the restaurant in mid-September, and all the meals were excellent. We started with a baked artichoke appetizer that wasn't the best, but one of our party said it usually is... so just an off night on that one, perhaps. Our meals ranged from ribs to pasta to sea bass, and all were gorgeous, delicious and generous. The wait staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Consider it a special event place--or a great happy hour find.
