The Butterfish is Roy's specialty and should not be missed. I don't order anything else when I go to Roy's. Also, on Friday's, they have a great Happy Hour!

Went to dinner and then lunch with my business partner while at a conference. The gluten free menu is not extensive, but is wonderful. Prix Fixe menu for dinner includes appetizer, entree and a wonderful hot flourless cake. It was so good my partner, who is not Celiac, ordered from my menu! Great atmosphere, you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the marina and people strolling along the wharf. Smart casual dress will suit. Located in the Marriott right next to the SD Convention Center.

Tried a pork appetizer, pear salad and the short-ribs with potato mash-very good. The flavors were numerous and very creative! (Ask for the complimentary pretzel rolls...They were incredible).

Service was great, atmosphere so-so, but the food was worth it!

Delicious food and atmosphere. Great service and my favorites are always so tasty. Lakanilau Roll, Misoyaki Butterfish, and Lava Cake. Prix Fix Mondays are the best, but check and make sure they are running that particular special, as it changes from month to month. Perfect place for special occasion.
