Enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere at this French style 'bistro' on a side street. The Eggs Florentine were perfectly cooked. I splurged on a second entree of Strawberry Crepe and this dish was excellent. The price is on the high-end. Each dish was $11.95, fair for the eggs but a bit high for the crepe. We also checked out the small bakery inside and found three (3) in a bag, only a day-old muffins for $4.00, much more affordable then the $5.00 chocolate eclair. I really wanted a custard eclair, but they only had the one filled with chocolate mousse. The location was quiet and had a different feel from downtown La Jolla. If you park your car, check the time restrictions. We felt fortunate not to get a parking ticket when we saw the 30 minute parking sign after our leisurely hour-long breakfast and bakery experience.
