THe best thing to do in San Diego area. Period.
Sea lions, pelicans, kelp forest, great views, leopard sharks (Totally harmless) big orange fish, schools of fish all over. Amazing!

This is what California is all about. Take the time to find parking and come on down. This place will take your breath away

Since we walked ALL the way down to the end of the cove, we decided why not go into the cave and pay an overpriced admission.
The walk down was not fun and you had to be very careful (yes they do warn you about it being slippery). When we did arrive in the cave, you couldn't see much because of the glare of the sun outside.
It was an "ok" experience, but would not pay for something like this again.

You go down a very long flight of stairs (careful, they get slippery about halfway down), but the wallk is way worth it! You emerge into a sea cave which is often filled with barking seals and sea lions, and also have a view out to the water! It is a great experience. The only drawback would be that if you are elderely and/or disabled or unwell, you will not be able to do the stairs.

Anyone who is in decent shape should not miss this adventure!
