“Majestic”
Reviewed July 6, 2010

An unexpectedly enjoyable stop. Be sure to follow their advice and take your time seeing all there is to see. We loved the big and unusual trees. The Paul Bunyan tales illustrated with chainsaw carvings were fun. The gondola ride was spectacular. The people were friendly. And the fudge was way too good. it felt like this place was owned by someone who loves nature and wants to share beautiful treasures

“Gorgeous trail and park, tacky retro lobby”
Reviewed June 8, 2010

We were initally going to head to Redwood State Park to check out the trees, but chose this destination instead, mostly for the Sky Trail gondola system. The admission price was steep - $14 per person. The staff was not very friendly in the lobby/gift shop, but were very nice on the Sky Trail. The trail is self guided and beautiful, lots of interesting facts, and some heavy cheesiness as well.

“Cheesy but fun...”
Reviewed June 1, 2010

There's really not much to say; Trees of Mystery is a gimmicky little place with giant Paul Bunyan / Babe the Ox statues that talk to you as you walk up to the thing. That about sums it up. There is a skybox which takes you up the canopy of redwoods in Redwood National Forest, with an observation deck. I felt like it was neat to see, but in all, not really worth the $15 / person.

“Sky tram fun”
Reviewed May 17, 2010

A blast from the past with hokey narratives and old displays but the trip up the hillside in the sky tram was worth it. Truly an awe inspiring part of our natural history. The Native American Museum in the gift shop was incredible, what a priceless collection

“Exceptional Learning Experience with Gorgeous Scenery!”
Reviewed January 22, 2010

My wife and I decided on a whim to travel down to the Redwoods from Seattle this weekend, and we were not sure what kind of attractions awaited us. After cruising 101 on the california coast for a bit, we came across this amazing show of the Redwoods. We wanted something that we could learn a lot and see what we both have never scene before. This is a one stop shop for everything! The trail from the gift shop is about 20-40 minutes, depending on how much sight seeing you do on your way up to the gondola. The gondola ride, labeled the Sky Trail, was a great way to see the trees from the top and look out over the vast California wilderness. The customer service was beyond what I could have ever expected too! The gal at the front desk took us throught the ins and outs of the location and was at our beck and call if we looked like we didnt know what was going on. The entire staff was great and very welcoming! All in all, this was an awesome adventure for my wife and I! We would recommend this to anyone that is able to stop by!
