Another hotel, if we can call it hotel, which doesn't have at all a classification of boutique hotel!
When we arrived the staff didn't even know we booked a room through booking.com and he could not check us in as the system was not working.
After a huge discussion (we traveled all day so very tired we just wanted to go to eat, shower and sleep) we finally got the room with sea view which was just a joke!
The bathroom was dirty so couldn't even have a shower same as towels and not comfortable at all!
Awful location as well very far from everything!

We spent there four nights. The hotel was quite new, very cleand and the staff was amazing.

Only minus-points were that there were no restaurant at the hotel or anywhere nearby. You could buy some drinks from the bar of the hotel and thats it. You HAVE to rent a scooter or take tuktuk if you want to eat something on your holiday. We take a scooter from hotel and it was only 4$ per day and the traffic at that area wasn't too crowdy so we were fine with that. The location of the hotel could been better...

But the staff was amazing! They were very helpfull about everything. The room was cozy and it has good ac machine. And the landscape from the sea was wonderful! Book a room with balcony top floor ;)

This hotel was good place to stay nice and clean with a good view. The staff also very good but no restaurant altho advertised. The swimpool was also of good quality.
Then the drawback it is to far from the action normal cost tuc tuc 8 or 9 dollars but if you do a bit of bartering we got one for 5 dollar because we used the same guy all the time and he looked after us. We stayed for four days which was just enough to see every thing. Once seen doubt if would go again. Place good for families and couples. The night life not the best on that note enough said.

This hotel is really nice, it's brand new and the owner was very nice and kind. It was extremely quiet but I think that's because the hotel is brand new.
The rooms were fantastic, good size, air con, beautifully decorated, great beds, good TV, huge windows, nice bathroom and very clean.
The pool was ok, quite small but we still had a dip, was a little dirty at the time too but there was construction work being made on the kitchen area during our stay.
We thought that breakfast was included, however when we arrived it wasn't cause the kitchen was not built. The manager pulled us aside and explained himself and also apologies about this, he asked us what we would like him to do to resolve it. He was very kind and in the end we accepted two free beers before a night out. Which is a lot considering almost anywhere else you'd stay in SE Asia they wouldn't blink an eyelid. We were more than happy with this.
We didn't get a sea view room, but you can visit the top to see it and take your pictures. For the price, it's a lovely hotel.
A little out the way for us, just further of victory hill, but it's about a 10 minute was there and a 10 minute walk back. You can grab a tuk tuk or motorbike taxi to the main town for $3/4 for two.
Perfect for couples and families but maybe not for the backpacker, like us. Although it was a nice place to enjoy for a break.

This hotel is situated on the mountain. it was marvelous to rest without noises, reasonable price and marvelous helpfull staff. This is a lovely hotel which had the most amazing views from the front side of the room's balcony. I would recommend this to a family who want to just spend time in the hotel, all rooms are nice and cleanliness.

Room tip: Best views, friendly staff, cleanliness, reasonable price and quiet.
