There is nothing wrong with the hotel or the staff, its the location that sucks. Also no restaurant so no breakfast or dinner there. First and last time for in Sihanoukville, because its a very large big construction site after the Chinese invasion. All the beach bars have turned to chinenese tourists. The nearest super market is a chinese minimart. There is nothing there to see, not even the beach.

This property is good the staff very nice. The problem is right outside hotel construction noisy they work 24 hours seven day. The town is horrible dirty garbage everywhere, dust and dirt in the air from all the construction dirt roads trucks blowing up the dust after a day I had hard time breathing with all the dust and dirt lots of water on the roads so difficult to walk anywhere wet and muddy. Everything Chinese u would think your in China. I don't recommend waisting your money in this town forget the islands its not worth what u have to put up with.everyone I talked to said they would never come back to this horrible place. I booked a double room but received a twin on my confirmation. After three emails and several calls, they still have not up dated my reservation. This is a room for a honeymoon. My last email asked for a reply within one day. That was five days ago. They only seem interested in your money not proper service.

Room tip: Be careful and check your confirmation.

So sad to see this area in such disarray. The review would be much higher with out the muddy destroyed road out front, constant noise from multiple large gensets, cranes & heavy equipment, and the endemic Snookyville toxic construction dust everywhere. The foreign lead epic construction frenzy of new casinos and casino hotels has permanently changed this hippie enclave/expat beach retreat. In the unlikely event you must stay in this zone of choas, choose a hostel near the speedboat pier.

Chinese has overtaken this town
Loved this place before I don’t think I will ever come back here
It’s horrible to see a paradise be distorted
Casinos are building up everywhere only for Chinese entertainment
