I'll admit some of the criticism voiced by other reviewers is definitely valid. Yes, the menu is limited (and, after ten years or so, certainly needs a re-vamp), the portions are a little on the small size (why not increase the prices and serve decent-sized meals?) and the service can be so- so. But there is something about this charming restaurant set in its pretty garden with its warm, inviting atmosphere that continues to bring me back. Worth noting too that the Holy Cow has an association with M'Lop Tapang, a local organisation that helps street kids.

Thank Peter S

Holy Cow has a warm, inviting atmosphere and great service. They have a varied menu with much comfort food, as well as great vegetarian options ... and amazing ice-cream drinks. We definitely recommend the cottage pie! Holy Cow is also located downtown so helps those of us glued to the beach, to see a different part of the city. Definitely give it a try!

One of the best meals we had in Cambodia - we came back 3 times!! The Khmer curry and the morning glory fried are wonderful. Tofu sandwich and cottage pie (veg) were delicious and filling. Vegan cake was ok - nice to have a dessert option.
Service is friendly and helpful! Use the laundry service too - cheap and quick!

We had prawns in Kampot pepper followed by chicken in Kampot pepper sauce and chicken cha kroeung. All delicious. Had some good food in Cambodia and this is certainly up there.

The restaurant is a quiet place away from the bustle or tackiness (depending on your point of view) of the Serendipity Street. Stylish and laid back.

Happy hour draught beer at 75c.
