I'll admit some of the criticism voiced by other reviewers is definitely valid. Yes, the menu is limited (and, after ten years or so, certainly needs a re-vamp), the portions are a little on the small size (why not increase the prices and serve decent-sized meals?) and the service can be so- so. But there is something about this charming restaurant set in its pretty garden with its warm, inviting atmosphere that continues to bring me back. Worth noting too that the Holy Cow has an association with M'Lop Tapang, a local organisation that helps street kids.
