One of our party had to have a fried chicken fix so we went for the Tuesday night Bistro Special. $30 for a 3-course fried chicken dinner. Very good, though the chocolate crepe for dessert is disappointing. One of our group says the Caesar salad is one of the best anywhere. Fish dishes were very good.

This was our first time back in a while and the experience has been improved with sound dampeners on the ceiling that make a big difference. Service was also very good.

In talking to locals we discovered Salt & Stone is the third restaurant to occupy the building. With excellent recommendations we decided to try it on our last evening on our Sonoma Valley trip and were very pleased. The service was excellent and the food comparable. We tried a variety of dishes among four and shared a bit too. Everything was excellent. Give Salt &and Stone a try!

This latest restaurant at this famed location is awesome! The food is excellent with an eclectic menu. Located across from the Kunde estate the views in the outside seating area are great. Service is excellent. The only negative is that everyone knows how great the place is so ya better get reservations ASAP.

Delicious bread! Fine fish tacos and calamari. We sat in the bar area because it was more quiet. Service excellent. Looking forward to warmer weather when we can eat outside on the patio.

We live locally and went to the lovely Sonoma Square on a Saturday morning. By noon, the better restaurants were all full with an hour wait time. Salt/Stone is 15 minutes out of town in the direction of Santa Rosa amid the vineyards and rolling hills. So we stopped and had lunch here. We were immediately seated. Had a terrific champagne cocktail followed by fish tacos --perhaps the best we have every had. Fresh, full of a variety of yummy flavors and messy to eat by hand. The freshly made bread was also impressive. Service was just fine. The room is small so it can be noisy at times. Thoroughly enjoyable!!
