“Part of the Pack”

This is a family owned business with great family, & work ethics. They try their very best to make your stay as comfortable, memorable, & happy for you. They go up & beyond their call of duty just for the customers, better service than you could find at any chain hotel.

My fiancé & I stayed at one of their A frame cabins during Spring Break with our kids & it was fantastic. We decided to make the cabin our home base as we visited, toured, & explored the surrounding parks such as Mono Lake, Mammoth, Convict Lake, Hot Creek, & The June Lake Loop. We rented a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with kitchen. It was very clean with comfy beds, a great kitchen to cook family meals in or we had the option to use the BBQ on the patio which we did. The kitchen contains all the necessities of home: cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, glass stop stove, & fridge. Whatever you need they have it. The bathroom was extremely clean & I was impressed since we were in high country...I didn't have to wait for hot water & we were supplied enough clean, soft white towels for an army. After a days play in the snow the kids weren't even interested in watching TV rather they sat watching the wood burning stove that warmed the cabin in mere minutes & played Yahtzee.

What really impressed me about this place was the warmth of the owners & their generosity. They just happened to get 2 tickets for Mammoth activities which they gave to us & they noticed we had no snow playing equipment for the kids so they let us borrow 2 sleds from them. You would never find that kind of kindness or care at a chain hotel. We're going back this summer with my parents, I know they'll love not only the scenery, but the owners.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years in December 2012. We were so happy we found this place. June Lake is a wonderful little town about 8 or so miles north of Mammoth Lakes where the large ski resort is. It wasn't that far of a drive. We stayed in one of the A frame cabins, #16, surrounded by large pine trees. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had a large comfy queen bed and then a separate room with two bunk beds. There was a little kitchen and a nice dining table. It felt like quintessential rustic California with knotty pine wood and a colorful quilt with pine trees. We stayed here because it felt like a quiet town in the Eastern Sierras that is very serene and peaceful. There are several lakes you drive by, beautiful mountainous vistas and little houses and cabins dot the landscape. We will definitely come back here. Should be beautiful in the summer time too. The owner was great to talk to as he shared a little history of the town.

Room Tip: Internet access, gas log fireplace in #16

Thank you! You said in a paragraph what I've been talking about for a lifetime (or so it seems). June Lake is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. It is a vacation destination that one can never get enough of........in this lifetime or the next! Summertime is a new and different adventure, you'll love it here as much or more! David

We stayed in cabin #12 with a partly view at the mountain and you can hear the river beneath.
The cabin is fully equipped, interior is a bit dated, but very clean and nice thick bath towels.
The comfortable (master)bed is in the living-room/kitchen and the fridge woke me up a few times a night, but the bed sleeps very good.
The balcony with a table/chairs and BBQ and with a view at the mountain we didn't use because we stayed in October, but looks very nice.
We only stayed for one night, but if we return in this area we will definitely stay longer in the lodge.

Stayed here in August, from the moment we met David (the owner), we were made feel so welcome and at home. The chalets were beautifully set, so quiet, great views of the mountains. They were perfectly clean, kitchen very well equipped. Overall had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back

What a great find! Stayed in one of their one bedroom cabins nestled in the forest. Beautiful yet quiet and secluded, but with all the modern conveniences. Plenty of room for two people. The cabin was rustic from outside, but real nice inside with wood and carpeted floors plus rugs, complete full kitchen with table and chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good sized flat screen TV with cable, modem for high speed internet service (free), two large lazy boy chairs that kick back. Bedroom had a large king size bed with pillow top beds that was real comfortable. Bathroom looked like it was just remodeled, everything looked new! The cabin definitely has a women's touch (curtains, all possible kitchen utensils, niceties in the bathroom, etc.). And everything was so clean in this cabin!

Outside the redwood deck was complete with patio furniture and gas barbecues. Even though I was there during a heat wave, it was so nice under the large pine trees that shaded the cabin and patio area that I barbecued most evenings.

Yeah, I'll be back for sure.

Reverse Creek Lodge is so Special to me … Each and every time I have visited I leave with great joy and looking forward to returning. I feel as though I have my own space without having to share common walls, floors, etc. I especially appreciate The Naaden Family as they maintain the integrity of the cabins with upgrades, cleanliness plus the furnishings. They have been more than accommodating with reservations; I have referred RCL to many of my friends. I so enjoy getting away, relaxing, rejuvenating and communing with nature.

I definitely need to make another plan ~ soon!

We have been staying there for over 30 years. When David and his family took over they have improved it every year. It is a great place or stay. Very clean and cosy. A great value also. The cabins come with everything you need. It is so peaceful to bar b que on the patio under the pines away from all the noise and crowds. We will come back every year.
