Stopped in for lunch. French Dip sandwich was average . Coleslaw had a after bite. One of the specials was sliced rib eye with green peppers, onion and cheese. It was very good except for the toasted bread on the bottom was soggy. Side salad was plain, nothing special .
Service was very good.

Sorry~ We got talked into this place by locals. Big Mistake.
Food was a total disappointment. Meat was inedible.
Service....really can't call it that.....messed up order, no corrections.
keep walking....

We visited this restaurant with our family. It is located in a period building and is quite atmospheric. The food was actually not bad (cf. other reviews on here). However, my wife did say her salad appeared to consist mainly of outer lettuce leaves and was a bit gritty. The service was good and pretty quick. We would probably go back should we ever be in Jamestown again.

We were there in July when visiting Jamestown. We sat in the bar and got bar food so that is what I am rating. We all had sandwiches, and all were typical for a bar. Good but nothing spectacular. I did like the atmosphere inside the bar. Very old-school old-fashioned bar. Lots of wood inside. It was a great venue to sit and have a nice chat. My mother ended up talking to the bartender about his Irish roots. He was a very nice guy and made our visit extra pleasant. I would return here again.

Dinner at the Willow was bad. I had surf and turf, wife had filet. Both our meats had so much gristle and fat, you couldn't chew it. Took it home to the dog and he had a hard time chewing it. Bad,Bad. The wife had a baked potato and had to wait for the waitress to bring sour cream. The potato was cold by the time the sour cream came. The waitress was not the best, she had to much going on. The Willow needs more servers or better ones. We have been coming here for many years and I have to say this place needs a change. Stay in the bar and don't eat the food.
