“4 Friends Having Dinner”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2012

I recently had dinner at TRI Village with friends and I was surprised that it had changed since the last time I was there. The food was definitely not as good. I do not like to slam a restaurant particularly in this economy but I do not think I will be seeing TRI Village again. The food was ordinary or a little poorer and there is just no reason to return.

Irvine's hidden gem specializing in Northern Chinese cuisine, Chef Lee wins accolades in the OC. Favorites are the Green Scallion Pancakes, Lettuce Wrap with Shrimp, and Steamed Mini Pork Buns, and the Beef Noodle Soup. Although some rave about the Peking Duck, it costs a whopping $30 and requires a 2 hours advanced notice to prepare. $
