“Plats and Plats of Sweet and Sour Sauce”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

For Chinese who are craving and missing Chinese food from Asia. THIS RESTAURANT I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The Chinese food here is very Americanized, in means that almost EVERY dish is soaked in sweet and sour sauce. Also, every dish is overly salted for my personal taste.
We complained about how salty the food was, and the manager gave us a new dish. (but it was still too salty). Also, the waiter forgot to bring out one of our dish and the manager put it on his tab, they are very generous and lenient to customers complaints.
The waiter was really friendly but to a point that it started wasting our time. He spent around 5min talking to the table next to us about his personal life while we were waiting for our to go boxes, he then realized and told the customers on the table next to us to wait and he'll be back after getting our to go boxes, but he did not bring enough... so he had to go back and get more AND get our check. Before he did that, he stopped by the other table again and made us wait ANOTHER 10min and got us our check but forgot the box! OMG.... ridiculous... but we couldn't get mad at him because he was SO SWEET

“Excellent!”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

Great bar scene, very strategic. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and the Mongolian Beef and were at the expected quality. The food tasted a bit different than the one in Fashion Island. Bar service is perfect.

“New menu...really delicious”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

Loved the seabass, the quinoa, the lettuce wrap. The service is good, the portion nice sized, the preparation consistent. Location good.

“Average American Asian Food”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

We stopped in here for dinner as the place was quite busy.
Service was rushed even with the many wait staff that they had.
Food was decent, there are better places to go, but if you have an itch for Asian food (and not Japanese), this will do.

“Hehe, if you're desperate...”
Reviewed April 3, 2013 via mobile

I have to just be blunt - the ONLY thing I like about PF Chang's are their cocktails. They've got a pretty mean cocktail called the "PF-X" which apparently isn't on the menu anymore - you have to ask for it. Anyway, it's fruity, sweet and quite, quite delish.

The rest of this place? It tries so hard to be Asian fusion, but everything is just too salty, too bland or just meh. I haven't ordered one item (Singapore Street Noodles, beef and broccoli, chow fun anything) that was decent. Like I said, I'm only here for the drinks, ;)
