“Below-par EconoLodge, but gets you through the night”
Reviewed March 23, 2013

I just needed to stay the night, my flight was getting in at 11 PM and I needed to leave early in the morning anyways, so I wasn't particularly picky about what I booked, so I just went for the cheapest thing available. But for the money ($55 with tax), I have seen better hotels. I know the area is expensive, but this Econo Lodge was below-par in my book - the location is rather "sketchy", I didn't feel safe (the hallways, parking area are poorly lit). The building itself is rather old and run down, the rooms were clean, however the TV was extremely old and the bed wasn't all too comfortable. In the morning I went to get breakfast, all they had were bananas, apples, something like hot pockets, and coffee. Not a very filling breakfast.

Anyways, bottom line: not thrilled, but it got me through the night.

Just needed a place to crash the night before a flight from LAX, didn't expect much from a $50 a night place in nasty Inglewood, but I wouldn't stay here with any paramour or family unless I was really desperate. Really, spend the extra $10 or $20 , preferably out of Inglewood.
First off, it's in a terrible neighborhood, lots of graffiti, a liquor store across the street, bars on the windows of neighboring houses, a few taco shops around, but not too safe, especially later at night.
Had to wait around a bit for the clerk, he was pretty nice once he got around to checking me in. Beat up elevator, pretty much the same as the rest of the property. The room was a decent size but didn't look super clean. Brought some disposable cleanups, wiped most things I would touch in the room down. Bathroom and shower also a pretty good size, but the tub bottom was sort of stained and the shower head was quite dirty. Toilet paper holder was also coming off the wall. Not the most comfy mattress either and thin thin Ikea-style sheet. A bit noisy from barking dogs and some airplane noise, people running up and down the stairs at 1:30 am.
Breakfast was in a tiny room next to front desk, a few packaged donuts, coffee,
Not dangerous, but one of the lamer places I have stayed at.

Not the best place but not the worst. The room was ok, with a slight smell of smoke but tolerable, huge toilet. Breakfast is where this motel fails. The area is not interesting and also not too safe at night, but you don't need to be paranoid, after all this is LA. Most people stay here only for the proximity to the airport. If you can get a good deal and you are a seasoned traveler, stay here, otherwise skip it.

Well, the room was okay nothing spectacular. I reserved two beds and only got one.The brighter side is that the Hotel is close to food and shopping, and me and my family was able to attend a cool carnival at the Hollywood Park. The only thing that bothered me the most was that the hotel receptionist kept calling my room 30 minutes before check out. Give me a break CHECKOUT IS NOT TIL 12pm....

Room Tip: Arrive early if you can parking is limited and tight. Coose rooms on the higher level back of hotel.

Not the nicest of locations. Cost 60 USD for double room which is as cheap as I could find in the area. The room was nice and big with decent shower and TV. Also, included a free breakfast in morning but only consisted of donuts, fruit loops, coffee and cranberry juice- not my personal preference! Guys at reception were very helpful with enquiries. Hotel also had free wifi. Would stay as a stop over either leaving or going to the airport, but no longer!

This motel is nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and large. The staff (Ricardo) was very friendly and helpful.
The motel is located close to LAX airport and offers a free shuttle. They also offer a "park and fly" where they allow you topark your vehicle on their property for free up to 7 nights, if you stay at least one night at their motel. This is a great way to save on parking or hote l depending on how you look at it as the cost of the room is about what you would pay for a hotel room for the night in the area.
Agreed, this isn't the best neighborhood, but I felt safe (not as dangerous as what some of the other reviews said). There is no swimming pool or restaurant on the property - this is geared for business travel - they do offer free internet also!
While it isn't the Four Seasons, the price and cleanliness, and location make this a good value.

Room Tip: Look into their park and fly offer - great way to save money
