“Do not go there”
Reviewed August 21, 2012

Inglewood is one of the worst neighbourhoods of LA. When we came at the desk of the hotel, "there was something wrong with our reservation", But coinsidently, the same problem occured with the people before us in the que and the people behind us in the que. So if you want to make a reservation and you want to be sure you' will have a place to sleep. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL

This hotel gives roach motels a bad name! My room not only smelled so bad that it made the clothes in my suitcase smell (I never took the clothes out!) but the sheets were dirty and smelled like very bad body odor. The bathroom had hair on the floor. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, Diana not only acted like I was hysterical for wanting a clean room with clean sheets and a bathroom I'm not scare to walk into barefoot but she was very rude and treated me very badly. She refused to put me into another room and when I asked if they would at the very least get someone up to my room to clean it and change the sheets I was told no, there was no one there that could clean the room for me!!! The GM is a joke since he couldnt be bothered to care that a guest at his hotel had a huge problem with the filth and smell! Frank and Diana, this review is for you and your complete lack of customer service and empathy! Would you let your family stay at a hotel hell like the one your work at?? Giving this property 1 star is more than this property deserves. It's filthy, smells like mold and body odor and is in a really bad neighborhood that I wouldn't normally go near. If you have a family or are travelling by yourself, do not go here since this place is disgusting and the employees seem to think that dirty and smelly rooms are acceptable.

Room Tip: If you want a good room that you can relax enough in to fall asleep in, go somewhere else!!!

Do yourself a favor, stay away from this hotel!! I dont think I've ever felt a need to write a review until staying at this place. Disgusting hotel! There were a bunch of drunk creeps hanging around, we went to the bar to order some food and the 'bartender' herself was drunk (she was the one making the food too). There is no parking and sometimes they would make you double park in what they call a parking lot, in the mornings it would take 20 minutes to get our car out. The most disgusting part of it all is that we found bugs on our beds!! Both nights!! We thought it was a baby cockroach but boy were we wrong, definitely bed bugs which I think we ended up bringing back home and now have to completely treat our home! Please, save yourself the money of dealing with this back home and just pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer!

Second time here, picked us up at LAX at 0345 in the morning for nixs gotta love that, front of house are very disinterested in helping you but it's OK if you just need a clean room and comfy bed, very noisy due to proximity to Airport flight path. Coffe and Tea in foyer they provide muffins for breakfast free, fries and cake for Tea 'strange combination' nice pool and Hostel environment. Shuttle will also take you to Miami Beach. Cheap and Chearful

We waited over 45 min for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The driver made a statement to tip him really well cbecause the hotel doesn't pay him for s***. The rooms smell damp and ours had a cockroach. I told the manager and he didn't care. Never staying there again.

Found the hotel online and it seemed very nice. We got there later in the evening and were told to park in the back of the hotel near an alley in Inglewood (not a good neighborhood at all). There were tons of people playing pool, swimming and drinking in the courtyard area. There were drug dealers on the corner next to the hostel, not a hotel. Planes go directly behind the hotel and it's very loud as the people didn't go to bed until very late and they were drunk. We got home from our one night stay and realized there were bedbugs in our bags. I am now dealing with this at our home after one night of trying to be budget friendly!! Worst thing ever!!!!! Don't stay here!!!

Service was below par, rooms were large, shabby and not the cleanest. The pictures they have on their webpage are definitely not telling the truth, the whole place is worn down and full of strange clients. We checked in late and were met by a homeless person as we entered our room who had entered through the window as he thought the room would be unoccupied that night...not what you expect from a motel, not even a cheap one like this. We got a new room, but no deduction in the room rate and no proper excuse. Will definitely not stay in this motel again, only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is the ridiculously low price, an ok breakfast muffin and free shuttle service.
