i didnt even stay in the hotel an they charged me. i couldnt stay because my flight from honolulu to lax was delayed for 14 hours and by the time i would reach lax it woould be the next day and i would completley miss my booking. when i called we asked for a manager and he wouldnt not even gives us his name he said all we needed to know was that he was a manager and tell him the issue.. he then proceeded to say that it wasnt his problem that the flight was delayed and we wouldnt get a refund after arguing with him and comtinuing to explain to him that we did not stay there not on our own fault he ended up threatening us what kind of business is this? i will make sure i let everyone know not to book here and i have already contacted BBB .

I stayed here for only one night whilst doing business near LAX. Rooms are Indian style, seem to be newly renovated and were clean and nice. The impression from the outside, however, is quite bad, building seems to be run-down and old. The nearby airport and especially the 4 lane street right in front of the hotel do disturb a lot, especially at night. What seemed strange was, that I had to pay a deposit to get the remote for the TV in the room???
The owner recommended a great Indian restaurant for delivery and was really friendly. All in all a fair hotel for the cheap price.

The woman who checks people in is horrible she doesn't know anything about customer service and the rooms are horrible they are nasty. I came here tired with children and they didn't want to give me the room and they were going to call the police to kick us out. An hour after I took the room I preferred to loose my money and sleep in the car don't ever get a hotel in hotels.com I wanted to cancel my reservation an I couldn't it's the worst

This place has the worst customer service! The woman who checked me in did not even greet me. She informed me the hotel is for 2 people only, then on 3 separate occasions asked me if it was just me and one other in the room. Its a total dive, sleazy, run down looking building. The front desk barricaded by a piece of plexi-glass. The elevator felt like it was about to break down at any moment, no way it would have passed inspection. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room was not clean! The carpet was stained and dirty and there was toothpaste spatter on the mirror in bathroom. I had to sleep on top of the bed linens because I did not trust that they were actually washed.

The worst part is that the whole building is very loud. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the conversation of our neighbors perfectly, as well as music from across the building. The building sits on a busy street so I got to listen to the traffic going by all night, I got zero sleep all night.

Got there and the first thing the Indian guy tells me is that it's 75 bucks when online it promotes for 20 bucks cheaper. Then they give you a remote for the TV and a key. The key isn't like the hotel keys when they give you a card, it's an old key from who knows how long. The room: Bright yellow walls, green roof, uncomfortable rickety bed. I wish I had brought my own sheets, feels like they hadn't been washed. Nearly all the channels on the TV are PORN and the people that I saw there seem to be regulars or something. Big ol' trash dump right at the bottom. Go to a Motel 6 instead!!

I could not believe what I saw, the manager from behind a sheet giving you a room key and a remote. Then the balcony just off the urine soaked elevator felt shaky. The pile of garbage under the balcony across was a visual eye sore as well. The room was not dirty, but it just felt creepy, I had to leave I could not stay.

Room Tip: Don't stay there.

I had a early flight to catch at LAX, this place is a 5 minute drive to LAX. Its a budget motel , but rooms are big and clean, and it was a very affordable price. Located next to the 405 and i can drive by street to the airport. There are a few decent places to eat ( fast food ) , etc down manchester headed toward the westside. For a inexpensive place , decent room, next to the airport, i would recommend it. No frills though.
