We decided on the spur of the moment to spend a few days in the Palm Springs area. Hotels were very hard to come by so we went on a travel site and found this place. The price was quite high but it looked like a nice place so we bit the bullet. Had to pay in advance which we are not used to. The property itself is gorgeous but the hotel accommodations were disappointing. The room was large but had no desk for setting up our laptop. The bathroom was miniscule and the shower doors were not properly installed so the bottom swayed in the breeze. The pool in the hotel area was not heated and needed cleaning as did the poolside furniture. The sign about the diarrhea next to the hot tub had us in gales of laughter but the hot tub also needed cleaning. Next day we decided to try to main pool for the resort but as hotel guests not home owners we had to ask for admission from the attendant at the Fitness Centre. His attitude bordered on surly and when we asked for towels for the pool, he told us there were none. End of conversation. Once we entered the pool area, it was lovely, clean and the water was warm. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was great and very reasonably priced. There was a lounge singer type entertainer who was very good. The fact that no breakfast was available other than a breakfast burrito at the snack kiosk was inconvenient. The setting is marvelous but I wish we could say the same for the resort itself.

Nice location, too bad the restaurant food is so bad. We just had thanksgiving buffet and it was horrible. The food was all too heavily salted, even the desserts. The final insult came when we were charged gratuity on top of what we had already tipped. Unacceptable. They ended up with our 15% tip and the 20% they tacked onto of that. Ther lady server watched as we added on the gratuity and didn't say a word and didn't give us the itemized bill. They also charged for the coffee which was part of the buffet and sitting right beside the dessert. $95.00 for a horrible lunch buffet for two is shocking. We will never return and we live in the community.

The entire staff was fabulous. They treated us like family. My wife Christine and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend of sanctuary at the Indian Palms.

Our room was spacious and clean, the bed(s) really comfortable, and the towels soft and thick.

The on-site restaurant served mouthwatering Prime Rib.

Each of the three nine hole course layouts were different...we played all three. Our personal preference was the Indian nine and Royal nine. The practice putting green looked so perfect that I had to rub my hand on it to confirm that it was real grass. The chipping and sand bunker practice area helped me work my short game.

And the tennis courts looked brand new, the pool and hot tub were clean, and there are barbeque grills if you wish to cook outside.

Special hospitality thank you to Trina, John, Joe, Chris, and Jack for a fun, memorable, and relaxing weekend

As I was planning a trip to the desert to see a Concert, I decided to look for a place to stay and this little gem came up...I am glad that I decided to book here. this place is a bit out of the way, but it is very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep...no noise from those above you or to the side. We stayed in a Fairway King Room and the view of the golf course was amazing...if you need a place to stay I strongly recommend this place.

Found this place via Google search for a place to satay between San Diego and Williams. Amazing!!! The room was largeer than our house with 2 large bedrooms, full kitchen and lounge, and well stocked bathroom. We only paid around £50 for the night which was the best bargain of our roadtrip. Our only regret was only spending 1 night here and not getting the full benefit of lovely location!

Everyone was great, the room was large and clean, the bathroom very small, and the bed very comfortable. The pool hours opened at 9:00 AM, locked up at 8:00PM had no shade till sundown and the weather was 110 F!
Needless to say, I was not able to use the pool or spa during my stay. They need to open the pool at 7:00 am and close ll:00pm so that we have at least two hours in the morning or the evening... just my observation.

Stayed three nights during the Indian Wells Tennis Open. Met all our needs - lovely setting. Came in late after a stressful drive and the keys were waiting for us at the gate. How easy was that? Would stay again in a minute.
