We stayed at the resort from July 7-14, 2012. The resort is decent enough and generally we enjoyed our week there. We were a family of 10 traveling together and we were very pleased that our request to have our rooms close together was accommodated - we had 4 units all in the same building, 3 of which were on the same floor pretty much right next to each other.
The check-in process was a bit chaotic with at least 50 people milling around the lobby. We checked in (which took at least 30 minutes) but then they sent us over to another desk to get our parking pass (a little strange and very inconvenient). That's where they ask if you want to go through the "time share" presentation. Ah, no thanks :-)
The rooms were nice, clean, and fairly comfortable, with nice decor. I don't really have any complaints. Our carpet was damp when we came into the room, but not in a bad way :-). I'm pretty sure they had just cleaned it! Room amenities were good and the air conditioning worked beautifully!
The resort was loud and crowded the week we were there. We were in building 3 which overlooks the lazy river ride so it was pretty noisy. We had one neighbor for a couple days that blasted their rap music full of expletives on their balcony. Our balcony was about 15 feet away so there was no getting away from the music. We have a 10 and 14 year old that just didn't need to hear that stuff.
If you're not into loud crowds and noise I would suggest trying to get a unit in a building away from the main pool area. Buildings 7 and 12 are located along the pathway in the middle of the resort. They face more of a "green space" and I think those buildings would have been much quieter.
The pool area was nice with lots of lawn chairs and quite a few shady spots. The lazy river ride was nice too, although smaller than other ones I've seen - it opens at 8:00 am and is restricted to adult-use from 8:00 - 9:00 am. Many adults used this time to "walk" the lazy river and get some exercise. It was VERY hot the week we were there and it was nice being able to stay cool in the pool and still get a workout outside. The pools were very busy and crowded which I didn't like, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
The "market" store in the centre of the property was decent and they sold all sorts of stuff. The one thing they didn't have was a coffee station as most resorts do. Obviously you can make coffee in your room, but I like to go down and get a coffee in the morning so that was a bit of a disappointment.
The kids activity centre was very large with lots of ping pong and pool tables, some games, and a movie theatre. Unfortunately it's either not air conditioned or the air conditioning wasn't work great. It was too hot in the movie theatre to stay and watch a movie.
Overall it was fine, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. There are just so many other resorts that are much better and located more conveniently. I freely admit I'm a bit of a hotel "snob" so take my comments as you wish :-)
