“Game,Set,Match”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

Year after year world class tennis at a great venue.
Of course improvements can always be made, and the zillionaire who owns the place should do it
Parking (except for the elite) is terrible, and without proper controls on exiting.
The same for the eating public, who can't find a place to sit. Rides from the lot for the handicapped are also inadequate.

“Tournament needs more work”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

As veterans of the US Open in NY we were very excited to go to this tournament as we heard it was so "fan friendly". They have a long way to go. First - they need more shady places to rest up from the stadium. Second - they need more seating in the food area - in the evening session people were literally eating standing up and balancing a drink on a garbage can. Third - they need volunteers who really know where each court is.
Other than that the tennis was great.

“Great Tournament Run by Great People”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

This was my 5th year attending the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. Every year I see more and more improvements. It is top notch all the way. They have interesting vendors, nice food selection and have added more shading while dining outside the stadiums. The stadium itself doesn't have a bad seat. You just have to be prepared to handle the hot sun and find shade when needed. The volunteers that work the event are very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are always so clean. Something very rare to find. It makes the whole experience wonderful and memorable. That's why I will continue to go back.

“Nice venue.”
Reviewed March 21, 2013

We were here for the BNP Paribas Tennis Open in March, unfortunately, on record hot days. Shade was at a premium, but not impossible to find. I was impressed with the variety of food available at the vendor stands, but not in the stadium itself. I was also impressed with the ladies' rooms. They were always very clean and well stocked, even at the end of the day.

“Great day of open tennis”
Reviewed March 20, 2013

Three of us attended the BNP Paribas Open at the Tennis Garden. It was a great day - opportunities to see the best tennis in the world in the main stadium but also to see matches close up in the smaller venues too. And to see the world's best during practices. The event is exceptionally well-organized and the volunteers are dedicated tennis fans. We parked with no problem, the website offers excellent information about where to pick up tickets, parking directions, maps. This exceeded our expectations. We attended the third round of the tournament and saw some amazing matches along with relaxing in the grounds as well. A full day easily.
