This is all location location location. Nice room sure and ok view (hard to figure out what they actually mean with beach view) but not that impressed considering $$$$ ... and honestly the breakfast was in a small noisy room - I've had better at Holiday Express... but sure location is key here.
Dear Jan -- We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We do hope you will return, and although our breakfast is Continental, we have very good responses to it, especially since it is open from 6:30 AM- 11AM and you are able to sit on the patio as well as inside. Again, I am sorry it disappointed you. We hope you will return to Hermosa Beach and the Beach House Hotel.

Unbelievable ocean view rooms with fireplaces and only few steps away from all the night life and awesome restaurants. Enjoy beach volleyball games from your balcony or just people watch on the boardwalk!!! Either way it is a blast.

We loved the attention of valet, front desk, breakfast and house keeping. The hotel has it all. We had first floor beach view room which was memorable. Breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks to get you started. You will love it.

After spending a week traveling the coast our last stop was Hermosa Beach at the Beach House. Our room was exceptional! As we sat on the balcony with our morning coffee we watched the early morning surfers and volleyball matches. After a day of site seeing, visiting the quaint shops of The Strand or just strolling the beach we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets with cocktails in hands! The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you're a beach lover this is the place for you!!!
