Just off CA101 at Dry Creek Road this hotel is convenient to both wineries and the quaint town of Healdsburg. Clean and generally quiet, the manager is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast room with some variety. If you have special needs ask for a first floor room, no elevator. Good value.

The room was clean but that is where it ends. Noisy corner, very small, shower barely put out a trickle of water, the king size bed left only a narrow walking space around the bed. Should have been less than $100,00 but we were charged 3 times that much for this budget motel experience
Thank you for staying at our property during your recent visit to Healdsburg. We are glad that everything in the room was perfect and met your standards.
However, our shower heads in the room have three different speeds and all have excellent water pressure. All of the shower heads are tested by our housekeeping staff weekly and there were no problems with any of them.
We are a small property, which gives us a disadvantage when it comes to having the much wide open space guests would like in the rooms, but there is adequate space to move around and walk around the bed.
When it comes to the rate, it is based on the competitive prices around our area. Healdsburg is a destination hotspot and is very pricey on weekends during our peak season. If you think the rate is high when viewing our property, you are always welcome to choose any other hotel in the area that satisfies your needs to the fullest extent. Although before doing so, I can tell you that most of them are well over $350 during June-October.

This place is certainly nothing flash; but considering the cost, it was OK. The accommodation is a bit outdated and gives you a feeling of insecurity with its outside-only office entrance and the quantity of service vehicles parking there. But you get what you pay for, and we have stayed at Travelodges far worse (SFO North).
On the positive side, there is a continental breakfast with a waffle machine and the location is good for the northern Sonoma wineries.

We are sorry for the sense of insecurity you felt during your stay, but throughout the week, we do get a lot of our business through construction workers and corporate employees aside from just tourists. During the evening, for the safety of our guests we do have a night window that is in the interior of the building. Hopefully, you can give us an opportunity to wow you again if you are traveling to or through Healdsburg.
Dirty curtains and Sheets, more like a budget motel than a hotel. Can't believe how expensive it was; not worth the money at all.
First and foremost, I am personally sorry for the terrible experience you had while staying at our wonderful property. When we receive reviews like this, it is kind of personal so we try to see what went wrong with the stay.
Our housekeeping staff works hard daily to ensure that the rooms are well-cleaned and maintained for every guest. The sheets are changed daily in our rooms which brings up my next point of notifying the front desk staff if you encounter this problem during your stay so that we may move you to a different room if that was truly a problem.
The rates, as you can probably see in Healdsburg, are high whether or not it is a budget hotel or not. We maintain our property to the highest standards and have the utmost discipline in keeping our guests happy. The pricing of the rooms is based on simpel supply & demand in the area and the rates are competitive with the other nearby hotels.
If you sincerely feel like you did not want to stay at our property after checking into the hotel room, we would have been more than happy to assist you if you brought this up to our attention at that point. We have such limited options as to what we can do after your stay such as simply apologize for the inconvenience caused. The same rates are visible to all guests and each guest has the option to stay based on their budget, as we don't want to force any guests to stay with us. You chose to stay with us knowing the room rates and didn't bring up any issues when checking into the room or when checking out.
